Return

What is Sarkrit return policy?
Domestic orders: We offer a 48 hours return policy for any non-custom orders. If you receive a product that you are not satisfied with, please let us know within 48 hours of receiving it, and we will be happy to offer you a refund. If you wish to return the product you can raise the return request from your customer account or mail us at Sarkritofficial@gmail.com within 48 hours days of delivery. Only products which are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all its labels and tags completely intact, in original undamaged packaging can be returned. The refund will only be processed upon checking and confirming that the product meets the above specified conditions. If the product does not meet the above requirements in the quality check upon return, we will ship back the product at your expense.

International orders: Please note that international orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Custom orders: We understand that custom orders require specific measurements and designs, and we do our best to ensure that our products meet your requirements. Therefore, we cannot accept returns for custom orders, as they are personalized to your specifications.

How are returns processed?
Once you request to return the product, a pick up is organised for the item. Our courier partners will come to pick up the item within 3-5 business days after your return request has been received. Once pickup is done, the product will go through a quality check. If it is found in the same condition as delivered, your refund will be initiated from our end. If the product does not meet the above requirements in the quality check upon return, we will ship back the product at your expense.

Can I return part of my order?
Yes. You can return any products that are eligible for returns within 3 days of delivery.

Refunds

How will I receive the refund for my returned product?
In case of prepaid orders, money will be returned to the bank account/ credit/debit card where the payment was made from. For Cash on Delivery orders customers will be required to provide bank details/UPI ID where they would like to receive the refund.

Exchange

My product does not fit me. What can I do?

We do not offer exchanges. In case of a size issue, we recommend returning the product and ordering a different size. For clarifications related to fitting, please see our size guide or contact us for help at Sarkritofficial@gmail.com

Cancellation

Can I cancel my order?
Sarkrit does not accept cancellation of orders once placed.

**Sarkrit reserves the right to cancel any order without pre-confirming the customer at any time and may verify any order before shipping the same to the customer that may include having a verbal or written confirmation from the customer.
